My husband‘s closet is full of beautiful floral and abstract and animal printed shirts, interesting trousers, and gorgeous jackets in colors, velvet, stripes, you name it.💕 he’s a bit of a dandy, he even has over 20 pairs of shoes. (it’s probably closer to 50 pairs.). He owns nothing like what your husband has, ha ha.
However, I love how you styled all of these pieces and support “borrowing them“.
He better not plan on leaving too often. I think you make a strong case for finders, keepers! And I admit to being sort of annoyed that my hub loves the Jil Sander man bag I bought him as much as he does! I fully expected an open rental on that one! p.s. I want to hear more about your game plan when this no shop ends.
I love this styling and very much fits the west coast vibe where I live. I think the key for why these all work is the styling with the black trousers. If it were jeans then it might feel too literal. And why is it that everything looks better with a flip flop style sandal? What other shoe option would you choose for these looks with the trousers for colder weather? A loafer perhaps?

Thanks Sheila! Yes I think I would most likely go for a loafer or maybe a converse trainer if I wanted it more casual x
